From the initial chat conversation through email updates every step of the way, to the earlier-than-promised delivery date, we could not be happier with the flashlight we chose. The design is small enough to keep in a pocket, purse or glovebox of your vehicle too which make it convenient.

Product & Design Quality - We ordered 170 mini-mag lights with a company logo. Of course product quality is well known with Mag-light and these were no different. The laser etching of our company logo was spot and we were very happy with the finished product.

The order process is straightforward and easy to understand with monitored steps throughout the process. What impressed me most was our first order was minimum quantity to get samples and touch and feel the product. Once we received the flashlights we were happy with them and decided to order additional to fulfill the necessary quantity. The orders were roughly 9 days apart. When I placed the second order, my office phone rang within two minutes. A customer service rep from USflashlights was on the other end asking if everything went well with our first order as they noticed a second order came through. He wanted to ensure we didn't have an issue the first time and had to reorder. It was most impressive and immediately established a positive impression and relationship between customer and customer service. I will be ordering again.

Product & Design Quality - Every thing as advertised - But.... you could not tell from the picture or description that the flashlight telescoped had a flexible bending end and magnetic tips. Our customers who received the flashlights seemed very pleased!
